Good service
We give you the same good service in our online shop as in our store. Superski follows the Consumer Council's recommendations when it comes to special conditions that apply to online shopping.

In particular, the right of withdrawal can be mentioned in online shopping, where you as a customer have better conditions than when buying in a store. According to the Right of Cancellation Act, the consumer can withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days.

Privacy
All personal information that goes via the website is confidential and will not be sold to a third party. For an order to be valid, the orderer must be 18 years of age and of legal age.

You can pay with – VISA, Mastercard or Vipps.
NB! we do not offer a tax-free form when buying online
Delivery conditions
When you have ordered the item in our online store, there is a normal processing time of 1-3 working days* with the reservation that the product you have ordered is in stock. In the event of non-compliance, you will receive an order notification by e-mail.
You will receive tracking by e-mail when the item has been packed by us and is on its way to your post office or mail in store. You will be notified by SMS when the package is ready for collection at your local delivery point.
NB! a fee is charged for unclaimed packages that are returned to us.
You can also order goods in our online store and pick them up in store. You will be notified by SMS when the item is ready for delivery, normally within 24 hours* (one working day).
ATTENTION! We only deliver to addresses in Norway (not Svalbard and Jan Mayen)

Free shipping on orders over NOK 1,000 *
For orders under NOK 1,000, a shipping cost of NOK 99 is added.
Out of stock item
If the product is sold out, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will then contact you to try to find a similar product.
Errors in pricing, inventory and marketing
We reserve the right to make errors in prices or other errors in marketing.
